What IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

We pride ourselves in delivery within five weeks.

Do you charge for shipping? Who do you use?

Typically, we lump freight into the final price of the product, but we do understand complete transparency,
and will charge shipping on the back end for our customers who request it.

We have the ability to ship with UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL.

WhY have I never heard of tooltec?

Truthfully? We have no sales department.

Our philosophy on business is that the greatest sales technique isn’t the upsell, but in: putting customers first,
maintaining communication,
and focusing on providing a product of the highest standard.

We at ToolTec just hope you are getting the best product for the best cost, regardless if it is from us or a competitor (but we bet on ourselves.)

We don’t want to shade your doorway, annoying you for a sale. We want you to believe in us and any time you feel you are paying too much from someone else— to reach out and let us quote you!

Do you HONOR blanket purchase orders?

ToolTec does manufacture and store products for up to a year!

Do you manufacture everything in house?

That is the end goal! We are currently building our manufacturing operation to have everything made within our doors. In the meantime, we do prepare some items in house, and we keep our prices low by working with (and for) several different manufacturing companies. It all depends on which of their machines are available and their capabilities.

We think manufacturing everything ourselves will be a lot less stressful and we look forward to the day.

In the meantime, our current business plan keeps our customers happy, their machines running, our operations running, and our cooperative machines running; a win-win all around.
